Our home is a year-round vacation home that sleeps 8 people. We require a 3-night minimum stay and prefer weekly rentals in the summer. Check-in is after 3pm and check-out is before 10am. This is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed. A basic supply of towels, hand soap, dish soap, and bathroom tissue are provided. We suggest that you bring your own beach towels for use in water related activties, paper towels, coffee filters and other convenience items. No tents allowed on the premises at any time. Our vacation home is located in a quiet residential area and we expect all of our guests to respect our neighbors by observing quiet hours after 10pm. Deposits A deposit of $300 is required to book your reservation dates. Upon receipt of your deposit, you will be sent a confirmation. The $300 will be held as a damage deposit, which will be returned to you within 15 days of check-out, provided that there is no damage or extra cleaning cost beyond usual and customary use of the premises. Payment of the remaining balance will be due no later than 30 days before your stay, at which time you will receive entry key information and directions. Cancellation Policy We will refund the reservation deposit only if you cancel more than 45 days prior to your reserved date. If less than 45 days, a refund will be given only if we can rent it again to someone else.
